The room was super clean, the entire hotel was emaculate.. A quiet and tucked gem, I would say location is conviently located close enough to food spots and expressway.. check in was easy. Card was double charged is the only negative..
I checked in and was greeted with a sweet smile by the name of Zaria! She’s very smart , witty and is great at her job the way i always feel welcomed when i come and stay at this hotel , Zaria made this stay a bit worth while I got a nice goodie bag at the beginning! This is what hospitality is , she needs a raise as well as the person who trained her ! Keep up the good work , will always recommend this hotel to friends and family
My extended stay was absolutely amazing. The rooms were clean, the women at the front desk were always helpful and kind, and they answered any questions we had. Tracie was an absolute angel and always greeted the guests with a smile and truly went above and beyond. Good breakfast selections and extra items were always brought to the room quickly. We’ll definitely be choosing this location for our next stay!
Me and my family had just got back from a long road trip and stopped by the Holiday Inn Express to recharge for the next day. Upon checking in I was greeted by a young lady named Zaria. She was so welcoming to me and my family and presented Service with a Smile even though I was exhausted from the long road trip. I explained to Zaria how tired I was and all I wanted for me and my family was a good night's rest, she listened to my concerns and made sure our room was ready and accommodating for afamily of 5. She made the check in process a breeze. The next day when me and my family went to check out I noticed Zaria wasn't at the front desk, the other clerk said she was gone for the day. I wanted to thank her for being so pleasant and accommodating to me and my family in such a short notice, GREAT customer service is hard to find. Keep up the good work ZARIA!!!! Me and my family will be back the next time we stop through Oak Forest, see you soon.
When I checked in I was greeted by Tracey W. She brought a warm smile too my face. She made the check in process quick and easy and had really good recommendations on food! 10/10 would recommend!
Right off highway..Super clean rooms hallways and lobby. The property exterior is also well maintained. Bri, Theo and Jasmine's customer service is impeccable!!! Jenny always makes us feel taken care of. My husband and I come here frequently and when Toi handles breakfast we are always happy.. not only is everything well stocked but she is so pleasant to speak with. Never had a bad experience at this hotel, its one of my faves but I'm excited about breakfast when I come here now hoping Toi will be running it!
